Employment Law

Cameron Clarke has a specialism in Employment Law. The rights and obligations conferred through an employment relationship are a minefield for employers and bewildering for employees.

Generally, professional advice and the information resources available to employers and employees do little to dispel this feeling. Employment law solicitors and employment law advisors are often polarised in their approach, many acting only for employers or only for employees. As a consequence their respective views and approach to employment law issues can become entrenched depending upon which party they are accustomed to act for.

Our view is that it is always better to retain an advisor with experience of acting for a variety of clients, from PLC's and multinationals through to small to medium enterprises and owner managed businesses on the one hand and senior executives and multiple party or single party employee claims on the other. We believe this approach offers a balanced understanding of an employment claim and therefore a more valuable level of service and advice.
