He has a Bachelors Degree in Law & Business Administration; a Masters Degree in International Business Law and teaching plus practice experiences in Contract Law, Criminal Law and Jurisprudence.

Frank is a Director of Legal and Business Affairs at a League Football Club where he handles all contractual business for the club and advises on legal matters.

He has held lectures and symposia on human rights in various parts of the world and works tirelessly with governments, NGOs and parastatal organisations to promote good governance in areas of civil & criminal law and political & social administration.

He is an elected politician and in that role, he does a lot of 'pro bono' work and offers professional advice and assistance in areas such as Housing Law, Landlord and Tenancy Law, Debt Claims; Civil Litigation; Immigration Law and International Human Rights Law including the International Transfer of Prisoners.

He has worked in Texas, USA, Kuwait, UAE, South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Uganda and he continues to represent clients in various parts of the world including Australia, India and Brazil.

Jasbir Kaur Heer

Jasbir Kaur Heer has joined the firm as a Consultant. Jasbir deals with all aspects of private family work relating to injunctions, finances and children.

Throughout her career Jasbir has dealt with all areas of family law, including divorce proceedings, child contact and residence arrangements, injunctions, prenuptial contracts and separation agreements. More so Jasbir has specialised in the financial issues arising on separation and divorce, dealing with high value cases including those with business and overseas assets.

Jasbir likes to go to extra lengths to be accessible and supportive to her clients and what she recognises is a difficult and testing time in their lives.

Jasbir is committed to a forward thinking way of resolving disputes whereby parties agree at the outset not to issue court proceedings and to try and resolve matters through face to face meetings with legal representatives.

Jagdeesh Singh

Jagdeesh Singh has an extensive history of advising and representing employee claimants, through voluntary and community sector organisations, such as race equality councils. He specialises in advising and representing employees who have suffered discrimination and other forms of detriment, such as unfair dismissal and victimisation in other forms. His skills and experience centre on advising and preparing cases for aggrieved employees and representing those in Employment Tribunals.

He has a history of advising and assisting organisations and public sector bodies on diversity and equality matters, including providing training on the EQUALITY ACT 2010.

In 2008, he was awarded the COURAGE IN PROFILE award by the Crown Prosecution Service Black Crown Prosecutors Association, for his 10-year campaign on the case of SURJIT ATWAL, which was a landmark legal case of outsourced murder ('honour killing') of a UK national.

He has a long history of supporting and advising on community and public issues, and campaigning on a range of public and community concerns.

He is a UK graduate in politics, history and international affairs, and is a qualified teacher with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.

Prabhleen Kaur Kundhi

Prabhleen is a recent graduate who possess integrity, professional skills and dedication to the operation of the firm. Having had previous experience working as a legal assistant she currently shadows the solicitors in their legal work.

Prabhleen has successfully completed the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme and regularly volunteers in the community for charity work. She was a junior non commissioned officer within the Royal County of Berkshire army cadet force and has developed leadership skills and team work.

She is due to embark on her LPC this year.
